Margaretville Village Suites

The Village Suites are located 1.5 miles from the Margaretville Mounatin Inn, in an historic Victorian home in the Village of Margaretville which is within walking distance to everything in town including, antique shops, restaurants, 24 hour banking, supermarket, ice skating, park, tennis courts, and more.

Each of the two units is a deluxe 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen equiped with everything (including pots & pans, utensils, dinnerware, and flatware), dining area, living room with fireplace, cable TV, bathroom, private parking, and private yard with stone patio and barbeque. The Master bedroom has a King size bed and the second bedroom has 2 Twin beds. Five adults sleep comfortably using the queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Notes

  • There are no children rates at Village Suites. For example; 2 adults and 1 child are charged for 3 people…with the exception of ONE child under 2yrs of age.
  • There is a $10.00 energy fee per night, per unit- total fee quoted per stay.
  • Extra charge for dishes in sink, and excessive garbage/filth, to be determined.
  • Continental breakfast is included at the Margaretville Motel located on Route 28.

ALL OUR FACILITIES ARE NON SMOKING! Rates are Subject to Change!

  • Weekend room rates are based on double occupancy. Weekday rates are single or double occupancy.
  • First child in parent’s room under age 12 stays free. Each additional child under 12 add on $10. Each additional person from 12 to 18 years add on $20, and 18 years and over add on $25.
  • Rates do not include state and local taxes.
  • Full payment is due at check-in. No keys will be given unless you are paid in full. Village Suites require a valid ID and full payment upon the day of check-in.
  • There is a $20 lost/stolen TV remote charge and room key charge.
  • A reservation deposit equal to one night stay or 50% of stay for reservations of more than one night is taken at the time of reservation. If you cancel or change your reservation outside the 10 days you will be issued a refund of your deposit minus a $50.00 Cancellation Fee per room reserved. If you cancel or change your reservation less than 10 days prior to your reserved date there will be NO REFUNDS and NO EXCEPTIONS will be given. Stays that are shortened with a 10-day or more notice will be charged under normal cancellation policy.  Stays shortened after the 10 day period will NOT be refunded.
  • We recommend  purchasing Trip Interruption Insurance to cover our NO REFUND POLICY. We are not responsible for inclement weather or your change of plans or any emergencies that may occur to interrupt or change your stay. Please visit www.travelinsured.com for quotes and coverage.
  • Reservations of three or more Margaretville Inn rooms & wedding parties require a 30-day cancellation notice plus a 50% advance deposit. These deposits are refundable only for cancellations or changes made at least 30 days prior to the reservation date. A cancellation/change fee of $50 per room/unit will also be charged.

  • Non-Smoking indoor environment. Anyone caught smoking inside will be asked to leave without a refund
  • No pets allowed. No emotional support animals. No exceptions! If you are caught with a pet you will be asked to leave without a refund

  • Please Note: The Minimum night stay requirements must be met. If you cancel one night of the three night minimum, you will be charged for the three night stay.
  • Guest check-in time is from 4:00pm to 6:00pm or by special arrangement.
