From New York City, Albany and New England:
New York State Thruway (I-87) to Kingston (Exit 19). Take Route 28 west (Pine Hill) for 43 miles to Margaretville Village, turn right into the village, turn left at first traffic light (Main Street), take first right (Walnut Street). Go four blocks (end of Walnut Street), bear left at fork onto Margaretville Mountain Rd., climb hill for 1 ½ miles..

From Binghamton and West:
I-88 East to Oneonta. Take Route 28 east (Delhi) for 47 miles. Turn left into Margaretville Village at the second Margaretville exit. Turn left into the village then right onto Walnut Street. Climb hill for 1 ½ miles bear left at the fork and see Margaretville Mountain Inn on the right.
