children rates at Village Suites. For example; 2 adults and 1 child are
charged for 3 people…with the exception of ONE child under 2yrs of age.
• There is a $5.00 housekeeping fee
per night, per unit- total fee quoted per stay.
(i.e.: 3nts=$15.00)
• There is a $25.00 fee for use of the
hot tub per unit, per stay. Key is not given without payment first. For
both units the fee is $50.00
• Extra charge for dishes in sink, and
excessive garbage/filth, to be determined.

- Room rates are based on a single or double occupancy.
- First child in parents room under age 12 stays free. Each additional child under 12 add $10. Each additional person from 12 to 17 years add $15, and 18 years and over add $20.
- Rates do not include state and local taxes.
- Additional $5.00 service charge per room and per night due at checkout.
- $20 refundable deposit for remote TV control
- A reservation deposit equal to one night stay or 50% of
stay for reservations of more than one night is taken at the time of
reservation. If you cancel or change your reservation outside the 10 days
you will be issued a refund of your deposit minus a $25.00 Cancellation
Fee per room reserved. If you cancel or change your reservation within the
10 days and we are able to re-rent the room(s) your deposit will be
refunded minus the $25.00 Cancellation Fee. If we are unable to re-rent
your room(s) then a $25.00 Cancellation Fee (per room cancelled) will be
charged to your credit card account and a 6 month gift certificate will be
issued for the full amount of your deposit.
- Stays that are shortened without a 10-day notice will be charged under normal cancellation policy.
- Reservations of three or more Margaretville Inn rooms & wedding parties require a 30-day cancellation notice plus a 50% advance deposit. These deposits are refundable only for cancellations or changes made at least 30 days prior to the reservation date. A cancellation/change fee of $25 per room/unit will also be charged.
- Reservations of the entire Village Suites & wedding parties require a 30-day cancellation notice plus a 50% advance deposit. - A limited 6-month Gift Certificate will be issued in lieu of a refund deposit

- Please Note: The Minimum night stay requirements must be met. If you cancel one night of the three night minimum, you will be charged for the three night stay.
- Guest check-in time is from 4:00pm to 6:00pm or by special arrangement.
- Check-out time is by 11:00am.
